Updates a docs link in the “Browsers and devices” guide to use HTTPS:
http://browserhacks.com/→https://browserhacks.com/Motivation & Context
Using HTTPS avoids an insecure link/redirect and is generally preferred for documentation hygiene and security. No functional behavior changes.
